Shipping
Most of our orders are dispatched on the same day and occasionally between 1–2 working days after cleared payment has been received. We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure their safe delivery to you. UK orders are sent via Yodel and Royal Mail. International orders are sent via DPD, Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL. There may be an additional delivery charge for international orders (outside the UK).

Refunds
We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not, simply return it to us (at your own cost) within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and with your receipt (order confirmation), and we will gladly find you a replacement or refund your money.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please return it to us (at your own cost) within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. We will be happy to replace it where possible or refund you in full if the item is found to be damaged.

All refunds must be authorised and returns sent back to us with proof of delivery. Any return postage costs will be refunded at our discretion only.

Non-profit and Islamic Organisations
We fully appreciate that as non-profit and Islamic organisations, being cost-efficient is a high priority whilst also trying to maintain the highest levels of education. We share this passion and therefore offer discounts to all Islamic and non-profit organisations. Please contact us to obtain a personalised discount code for your organisation or email us with your order.

Please note:

• The discount is on the Net Total before the shipping charge
• If items are already on Special offer, the discount will not apply
• This discount is not for Profit Organisations
